Record Store 2016 The Film

The Emily C. Smith gang went along to Hitchin. None of us had been to Hitchin before. Hitchin was great. We love Hitchin. It was Record Store Day. We wanted to buy records but sadly by the time we had got to Hitchin the Humanitas Shop (www.humitascharity.org) was closed so we didn't buy a single record between us. Rubbish. But we had records to sell. Emily C. Smith's much loved Marina's Laughing!!!
The people at the George Pub were some of the best we've met and the audience of Hitchin were so supportive and wonderful. We Love Hitchin. We Love Record Store Day 2016. We Love the George Pub. We Love Humanitas Shop. We are full of love!!!

Things are busier than ever in the Emily C. Smith camp.. recording for the new EP has been completed and we are now in the exciting mixing stages. The new EP is sure to be a musical treat with a mixture of pop, Americana with glam and new wave flavours!! Its got everything, everything, everything!! Music to make you dance, songs to make you cry from the self styled Queen of Death folk. Watch this space for a release date soon!
